A Large Fitzgerald’s pub, beside the high level bridge (it was built to quench their thirst. though ti can just see the sign on the building site…no drink related deaths in three days) Fantastic boozer. Really good ale, gets busy on an evening with all the office folk come in. has a beer garden that over looks the Tyne and Gateshead . Has an upstairs function room which plays host to a number of different themed nights
